The 2011 Spike Video Game awards show goes down tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific. It's a live show, as always, and can be found on Spike's television channel, as well as one of the MTV variants and a few others. You web savvy cool kids can also hop on the livestream.
Spike VGAs are a big deal because tons of announcements and reveals are lined up for the show. Reveals and trailers for the new Alan Wake, Metal Gear Solid Rising, some new Bioware jazz and much more are planned for tonight.
If you can't be bothered to watch/are too cool/have a holiday party tonight, just keep your browsers pointed to Destructoid.com. We'll let you know the big news as soon as it breaks.

Wow, Alan Wake huh? I'm surprised and impressed. Doesn't seem like your sort of game but that's awesome. I'm with you on that, hope to see more about it tonight.
Have to give the little fella credit every now and then. He's not completely hopeless, I guess. But I thought the gameplay was pretty good in the first game. He probably wants more chainsaw assault rifles and inferno ammo. Or maybe a Battlefield 3 flashlight.
That and confused music/movie stars who think "What the hell am I doing here? Isn't COD a fish?"
