funny, i blew through the first 5 book but im only 200 pages into book 6 and ive had it since release lol
It probably is the best of 2011 tbh.. I thought honour would go to Breaking Bad but I don't know wtf is up with it this season

I'm balls deep in A Feast for Crows as well, great series. I believe in the Old Gods and the awesomeness that is Arya.

Since we don't get any Mad Men til next year I'm inclined to agree, Though we're only 3 eps into Breaking Bad and we still got The Walking Dead this fall, so this could change. But really, Game of Thrones is gonna be hard to top. Avoiding the books til the show is over, which sucks cause now my impatient friends who are reading the books are using their spoilery knowledge to piss me off. Wankers.

Yeah, Breaking Bad has been...hmmm...okay so far, but it better be building to something, and fast.
Re: Asoiaf, about to start Dance. I'm hoping it's a massive improvement on Feast, that was a slog where the previous books were compulsive page turners.

I'm about the length of Tyrion's giant dwarf wang into A Dance With Dragons. I just started reading the books a week ago.
Safe to say it's got me hooked. And this was awesome and totally needs to be a real thing that I can play.
