Already saw this elsewhere, and I'm positively wet with excitement and white cyborg blood-replacement fluid. Also, Raiden in a sombrero; any argument against this game is invalid.
I understand the backlash to DmC and Book of Memories and a ton of other things, but I can't figure out why the fuck there are still people mad about this. It looks incredible. Hopefully there won't be any stupid bait and switch where you play as Raiden for an hour and then switch to old man Snake in the retirement home.

This trailer is hypolicious! I love it when Metal Gear goes campy and this game is going to look really fun. I loled at buisness suit Raiden. Raiden is acting so much better than he was in mgs4 where he's just a stereotypical emo ninja who's getting his ass handed by everyone left and right.
The guy with the red katana kinda reminds me of Mitsurugi from SoulCal. But yeah, when I saw the running segment through the collapsing building I said "Yep, THAT is a Platinum game." This is totally gonna be worth the wait.
THAT my friends, is how you fix emo. Put a sombrero on it. It is physically impossible to be emo while wearing a sombrero.
Can we get whoever translated MGS2 to do this one? This looks so stupid (and stupidly fun) that it needs an over-the-top translation to do it (great?) justice.
Regardless of my (sour) feelings towards hack n slashers, this game is a must-play for the fact that it takes place in the MG universe alone. I'm not gonna bitch about Raiden being the main character, I've always liked him.
Of course I'll be getting this; I've played every Metal Gear so far and that's not changing soon. However, just looking at these sort of stealth sections has me a little apprehensive. Seems like it could turn out clunky and awkward. Of course, the apparent positive reception it's been getting should be enough to put me at ease.
Also looking forward to that Zone of the Enders collection. I've, shamefully, never played ZoE. Plus the demo for this and that's a deal.

@football religion. No snake would make this game just another mgs game (which we are already getting) snake isn't a bad ass cyborg ninja. I love MGS but why cant we let this game be its own thing
