It's been confirmed that there won't be dual audio. IGN and Gamespot have video previews (their on youtube) with one of the people from Atlus and he confirmed that there won't be dual audio. Not sure which one he mentioned it in though.

i think Atlus US is deliberately trying to lock it in english only which sucks since i also want to experience the original VA.
and don't tell me they did Persona 4 Ultimate, thank arc system works since ALL of Blazblue games have dual audio.
heck not even the anime BD that's coming out in the US is Dual Audio.

at least EU has a solidify date for now :)

So yeah,P4A gets the jackpot of audio..i prefer jap bcz it's the original voice and also the voices are more funny/intense (Kuma/Teddie's not the same in english...just an example)
The best thing..?...YU NARUKAMI TALKS =D!!!..in P4A =w=...he also talks on P4TA...but he just says "per...so...na..." in P4/G
