Hype indeed. That new MMA chick looks powerful as fuck, and glad to see Pai made it as one of the VF crossover candidates.
It was amusing when ppl thought NG3 looked good too. This will be utter fail after the first 15 minutes.
Awesome editing. Buying this on both platforms and can't wait. I have a horrible feeling I'm going to lose a lot in the first couple of months just from being way too hyped to be playing it.
I'm not very competitive and have never considered myself "good" at fighting games. For me, fighting games are always about the wacky and colorful characters. This game looks like a ton of goofy fun and I really want to pick it up.
I like the "I'm a fighter" tagline. DoA has always caught shit for its, er, character design and physics budget. When that splashed across the screen in my head I heard "Hey buddy, my eyes are up <i>here</i>."
"If this line-up of hard hits and quick cuts doesn't get you excited as a fighting game fan, you're probably dead inside."
Either that or you just don't like the game because your mind can still only see boobs in the Dead or Alive series. In which case, you're just a bad person with a closed mind. Yeah, I said it!
Anyway, can't wait for this game to come out. There still some things I'm iffy about but overall it looks great.

pre-ordered and this is my first DOA game. needed a break from Tekken and this one is looking pretty good.
