Oh, and inb4 Hugo, his character model was more or less already in SSF4.
It's from Heihachi's ending (I forget which game, 5 or 6) where they're strapped to a rocket
On another note, I played this game at GAMEfest, and it plays just like a quicker version of Street Fighter, which is okay, but I'm less excited about it now. It seems to have a MvC light, med, heavy, launcher dial-a-combo type of system. Still going to enjoy the crap out of it, but I'm more a Tekken player than a Street Fighter one.
Now Tekken Tag Tournament 2, thats got me super excited. Looks and plays beautifully.
I like this roster way more than MVC3. It's your favorites in a dream match up. MVC2 got it right though.
Does Tekken Tag Tournament 2 play more like the original Tag? I hated the gameplay of 6.
Sorry for double posting.
It seemed to play just like Tekken 6, but faster. I liked the original TTT playstyle, but when I went back to play it, it was so slow, so I welcome this change.. however, it was on arcade cabinets, and it always seem like the game plays slower on console versions.. I hope not, because it was genuinely fun to play.
@Epic-Kx
I don't mean to confuse you, when I think about the button layout, the heavy punch/kick seemed to double as a flashy character-changing launcher. I didn't know much about what was going on, it was on pad and I play on stick usually.. I also managed to steal the laminated button layout/instructions sheet, so if I find that, I can verify for you :D
Hmm I don't know if I want it now. I agree Tag 1 was slow but the gameplay was more balanced and not based on the bound crap they have now.
I might get Hybird to try out the gameplay and see how it feels. Tekken is my favorite fighting series, loved it since 1995 :-) .
