It's quite obvious that they are taking their inspiration from God of War this time. Prepare for quick time events out the ass
Plus am I the only one seeing those monster designs? I don't think I've seen better enemy designs in a game, ever. That alone makes me want to pick this up. To see what awesomely hideous creature is going to pop up next.
Now to wish they would show more then the the horse level and the warg level for gameplay since they've now shown off about 90% of the story.
Castlevania is better than that. I hope the gameplay retains some of its former self..
Calm the fuck down, kid.
:/
I HATE trailers that don't show gameplay. I'm sure it was in there, maybe 5% of that trailer is gameplay, tops.
Yea, this movie looks great.
"When I asked if quicktime events will be a gameplay element, Cox was quick to react. "We wanted to avoid that. We felt that when it's done like that, the gamer focuses too much on the button and gets distracted from the actual action that's happening." They're instead aiming on presenting the gamer with exciting action scenes without having to worry about a giant button icon distracting them from Gabriel's quest."

Jokes aside, it does look pretty sweet. Gonna wait for reviews before purchase though.
i want this fucking gameeee!!!!!!!!11
REBORN
That, Ninja Theory, is how a reboot should make me feel.
There was also a game called Simon's Quest....
Bad: Small-ass Bayonetta heads and the fact that a 7-minute-long trailer probably doesn't even show 10% of the in-game cutscenes, which will be numerous, long-winded and pointless for the most part.
I wanna play just because it's Castlevania, but the cutscene thing is probably going to kill it for me. Hideo Kojima is a plague. I say that as a gamer, not a b-movie fan who pretends to like games.
