You know what's great (and mildly insane?) The fact that there is about to be a game genre called "feel em ups." No one complained about Doki Doki Majo Shinpan, but I can guarantee that Namco-Bandai's upcoming Duel Love will elicit a much more intense reaction. After all, wiping sweat off a naked anime character of the male persuasion is not something that you see every day. Can I wipe sweat off the male of my choice via Wifi?
The TGS demo was a short one, which apparently offered you two juicy bits of masculine virility to choose from before using the DS stylus to rub sweat off of their naked chests. Although the selection was limited, it was implied that more characters would be available by the time of the game's 2008 release. Not that it matters what the American reaction would be, because the day a title like Duel Love makes it to our coasts without use of an importer or the black market is the day I cut off a tit to prove my point.
At any rate, Yaoi has certainly reached a point of popularity in Japan which will find a welcome audience for a title like this. Interestingly enough, the ideal audience of Yaoi is not gay males but females. The more you know, the less weird it really is to see a game like Duel Love, but frankly I still envision most men running away from their DS systems screaming in terror.
