Moar Frank West! Ever since he was confirmed for Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, I can't get enough of seeing this guy in action. Hopefully you can't either, because I'm about to show you some more regardless. Capcom's community manager, Seth Killian, sat down with Gamespot at TGS to give us all a first-hand look at the mighty Dead Rising star in action.

As you may know, Mr. Killian is himself mighty when it comes to fightans, so if someone's going to show us how to use a new character, this is the guy to do it. The video gives us a close look at Frank's attacks in the game and just what happens to your opponents when you unleash them, with explanations and commentary from S-Kill on what we're seeing.

We're more excited than ever to give Frank a try when Tatsunoko Vs Capcom finally comes statestide this winter. If all this talk of zombies has you itching for more Dead Rising, you might also check out some of our team's coverage of the sequel, straight from TGS. And for more Frank, check out his new character page on the official Tatsunoko Vs Capcom website.

I never really got people's infatuation with Frank West. When I ask people why they like him so much, their answer is usually "he's awesome!" or "he's like a regular camera guy horror movie stereotype!" I guess...

I think Dead Rising 2's protagonist looks a lot more interesting.

I wonder what controller he's using.

I've always liked him because he was just a regular goof who was dropped into a fucked up situation and stood tall as a total badass. He never lost his sense of humor, and no matter how awesome the stuff he was doing was, at his core he was still kind of an average bonehead. There wasn't any of that citizen-turns-superhero bullshit. All the way through to the end, he was always kind of clumsy. Just an everyday dude kicking ass.

Also, JOURNALISM.

I also don't really care too much for Frank. I'm more interested in Tekkaman Blade myself. He was the one character I wanted to play as when I first heard of Tatsunoko vs Capcom and I'm glad he's finally getting in.

Frank West is very Bruce Campbell like. That probably what I love most about him. His attitude, his capacity for over the top violence, his ability to stay horny towards random chicks even when faced with an undead hoarde, all speak to Ash in Evil Dead 2-3.

That said, Frank is his own guy with his own particualr charms. More so, Frank really is what you make him. In my games of Dead Rising, Frank was a guy in a bikini whering a Kobun mask who preferred killing zombie poodles by playing fetch with them with circular saw blades than simply shooting them with firearms. Others might have made their Frank a chainsaw weilding maniac, complete with hockey mask.

Frank is what you make him, and that's part of his charm.

My Frank wore a slick black suit, orange Converse and a Servbot helmet. And he had a knife. Pretty much what I look like everyday myself.

I really like Frank's finishing pose. Certainly looks like a worthy addition to the cast. Also, zombies in shopping carts FTW!

Frank West could be dressed as a full-on Mega Man suit, with fully functional Arm Cannon. That alone kept me playing...and playing...and playing. Nothing like hearing those boots clank!

It's cool to see him in TvC, but I was under the impression that Joe Asakura would be in the game...come on, G2, where are you? I want my full Gatchaman team!

Looks like a lot of fun. I hope they do this for MM Zero too, I wanna see how they changed him from SVC Chaos(because Capcom didn't even make that game).

@ Dan CiTi- I just can't wait to see which Zero they're going to use.

My bet's actually on old school Zero.
