Treat yourself to this sexy, thrilling, and altogether insane new trailer from the floor of the Tokyo Game Show. It's completely mental and well worth checking out.
This latest trailer slots together some of the game's story, and as you'd expect, none of it makes sense. Something about Bayonetta's evil, British, monocle-wearing father (hmmm) and little ugly men who sound exactly like Joe Pesci. Yep, sounds like a Platinum Games title to me!

Meet the rest of the team
All that gloss makes it seem suspicious. It seems like it's going to be a lot of cg, qte, and generic action. Exactly how Hollywood will slice a trailer together but afterwards, you wish you didn't give money. I'll wait for the big "D" review (Destructiod's not a grade of D...or your privates!)
of all the british accents to choose from they sure went for one of the most unsexiest ones. don't get me wrong there's some rather unattractive northern ones but bayonetta just sounds like mary poppins... i'm pretty sure she's not sexy anyway
This trailer ALMOST sold me! Almost! Then I remembered, Devil May Cry-style game-play... *shiver* but the story was intriguing enough to want to play it. I'm just one of those people who go back and play Warcraft 3 with cheats on just to hear the story.
Someone needs to start a service/site/blog/etc. dedicated to just showing cut-scenes or in-game story into short movies so people like me don't have to play the *dreadful* game-play!
Some games that I'd like to do this for? Gaylo, FF7, SotC, and so on... (not so much for the game-play, but I just wanna know what happened but don't wanna play them :P).
I'd hate to say it but it doesnt look that impressive. Nothing that hasnt been done before. With that being said, the highway scene looked pretty killer. I'd hate to compare it to DMC. But i just cant bring my self to finish these games. I lose interest in them fast. Maybe this will be different
okay, I'm officially excited for this game. and I'm not even in it for the sex appeal! unless Bayonetta is turning me lesbian. ...which I wouldn't mind.
Side note; why all the awesome games that start with B? Blazblue, Bioshock, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Brutal Legend, Burnout, The Beatles: Rock Band, Braid, Battlefield, Bionic Commando: Rearmed (I could go on if I had to)...
I cant wait to rub this game all over myself while soaking in a bath of apple juice as I involuntarily create streams of Dan Juice that coagulate into little floating icebergs of would-be children.
The stuff that "Father" is wearing in that trailer makes everything Ben Stiller wore in Zoolander look subtle. But he's wearing a monocle, so I can forgive him for that.
Poorly dubbed english? Relentless cliches? Ridiculously poor Japanese storytelling? I would actually be excited if this wasn't the same game japan has been releasing for the last decade
