Been wondering how you might feel about the upcoming Kingdom Hearts PSP title, Birth By Sleep? Wonder no more. The video above shows the game in action as you clobber some little blue guys. As expected, the game looks pretty (but that's the PSP for you).

It may disturb hardcore Kingdom Hearts fans to know that the game is about a new trio of heroes, having nothing to do with the beloved characters of the previous games. However, you will get to meet a young Sora and Riku, see familiar Disney faces, and best of all, bump into Sleeping Beauty's Maleficent, my favorite Disney villain of all time. I'm buying it for that alone, because that bitch is badass.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS GAME! I heard a rumor that a Pixar level is featured. That would be amazing. :)

That main character looks a lot cooler than Sora.

So it looks and plays like a Kingdom Hearts game, then? :p
I'm anxious for this. Kingdom Hearts was one of my favorite series on the PS2. That and Devil May Cry. So I know I will love this. It seems kind of awkward to use someone who's normal height though, after the whole Sora being 4 foot thing. He's just towering over those heartless or whatever the villains in the new game are.

Also, Maleficent is badassed.

Honestly, I really hope this comes to the PS2, also, as it's been the trend with recent PSP games. I love Kingdom Hearts, and I know this one is a direct continuation of the storyline, but I don't want to buy a PSP just for one game.

Hmm, so I wonder if I can skip this entry in the series and not miss much for when KH3 comes out. I'd probably pick it up, if I had a PSP.

Maleficent as your favorite Disney villain? Have you even seen Aladdin?

Did it bug anybody that the Crisis Core and Kingdom Hearts systems are VERY similar? I felt like Sora the whole time I played Crisis Core. Now, I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but battle animations could have been altered a bit more.
