Tell us your high scores in Super Hexagon!
So we're really going crazy over Super Hexagon here at the Destructoid offices. It's all I could talk about this weekend, and I've gotten more than a handful of fellow editors addicted to the game. Currently, the highest score in the world on Hard difficulty is 200:29 by TerryCavanagh according to Game Center. That's insane, but who cares about some random person of course that makes sense because it's the creator of the game! I care more about what my fellow Dtoiders have scored, as that's where the real competition is for me. My best time so far is 62:42, just barely over a minute. Not bad, but nothing to brag about seeing as how Tony Ponce is currently in the lead with his score of 79.01. Right behind him is Conrad Zimmerman, with his time of 74:42. In fourth place in our internal pool is Chris Carter, with 50:29. Then there's Chad Concelmo with his laughable time of 39.24. Everyone laugh at him! So what your best time in Super Hexagon so far in any of the levels? Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Not going to lie, I just played a round where I did much better than before (got to 37:46) and it clicked. What a rush! 32.51 is mine. I suck at this game. At first as goatnuke said, I didnt like it. After i got over 25 it got intense. I love it. Random person? There is no mistake why the highest score is 200:29 by TerryCavanagh. He is the creator of the game after all xD I don't know, I might still be on the high score boards for harder (look for xplodepants). Working on hardest right now, got something like 35 seconds. Great game! My god, got back to play it after about 16 hours and I'm retarded at it now. Cant get over 20. So frustrating. @Diego: Wow. Total fail on my part, didn't even put two and two together there. Super Hexagon is really melting my brain! 26 seconds. Granted, I can only play when I can convince my girlfriend to let me use her iPhone. So I haven't played much. But damn it's a good game. 61:54 on Hexagon.
44:16 on Hexagoner. Embarrassingly low on Hexagonest and Hyper Hexagon. Currently working on beating 60 seconds on Hexagoner. It's so hard to put down! 637364792:34. I entered the timeless and deathless dimension. The hexagon opened to me. And I found myself in a white space where I saw myself-but much older, sitting down, casually eating dinner at a lavishly decorated table. I then became that old man. And I saw myself lying on a bed, time had fast-forwarded even farther. I was dying. And soon I was gone. What became of me was something human words can not describe. I was born again. I was the cosmic fetus. 9:30 AM on 05.21.2013 Molyneux: Xbox 360 won this gen, now must beat AppleWe all know Peter Molyneux lives in a gumdrop world of magic and make-believe, but perhaps none of us realized he was so far gone as to live in a world where Nintendo and Sony apparently don't exist.
