Here is the trailer for Tekken: Blood Vengeance, announced tonight as part of the Namco Bandai Level Up press event. The film is a fully computer-generated 3D feature with a 90-minute running time and tells a story set between the fifth and sixth installments of the series. The film's screenplay was written by Dai Sato (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop) and it's being directed by Youichi Mouri, who has previously directed the opening movies for Tekken 5 and Tekken 6.
The film is currently poised for release this summer. Very pretty. Hopefully this will let people forget about the horrible Tekken live-action movie from last year.
