Tekken 6 is about to throw a party, you're invited photo

Hey, Dtoid New York. Want to do something fun and possibly win a prize? Then head out to Namco Bandai's Tekken 6 launch party on Oct. 29 from 8 p.m. - 12 a.m. It's being held by New York - Tokyo and will feature a tournament for those wanting to challenge others in the game. The event will be at the White Rabbit, 145 East Houston Street, which I assume is a bar with drinks and other such things.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the tournament and those attending. The first place winner will be in line to receive 2 Namco Bandai games including Tekken 6 and a T-shirt with the runners up receiving games as well. Those in attendance will also have a chance to win by betting on the contestants. If you think you have what it takes or you just want to play the game and drink then you can fill out the RSVP form at the link above and attend. So, who is going?

@Shin Oni Having been to most of the New York-Tokyo/Gamers Night Groove events, it's totally not worth calling in a favor for. Save it for that sweet chip tune show coming up at the end of December in Brooklyn!

I'm part of Dtoid NY, but I doubt if I'll go. I already have the game, and after the Capcom Figh Club fiasco, I'll pass.

It'll br too many gamers squeezed in too small of a space :(

Yeah, so I just signed up for it. Only as a spectator though; some of the tournament rules are wack. I'm such a liar :P

I'll have plenty of pics and video.
