Releasing a fighter on the Nintendo 3DS is definitely in vogue, so you can't blame Namco for jumping on the bandwagon. At the very least, its fighter Tekken 3D Prime Edition has a cool name. Oh, and it looks pretty good in action, too.
Prime Edition will feature over 40 recognizable characters, stages redesigned for the 3DS, as well as some new locations. As a pretty slick bonus, the game will also feature a 3D version of the animated film, Tekken Blood Vengeance.
A game? A movie? In 3D!? Tekken fans, pinch yourselves to make sure you're not dreaming.
I saw the movie at the Fathom event.
Straight up it's pretty terrible. Honestly the anime is actually a better film.
The film just doesn't know what it wants to be, it's either serious or a lame high school anime.
It's pretty disappointing overall, even the fight scenes are lacking. It's the worse by far out of all the studio made game films (such as RE Degeneration or FF7)
Wait, they're now officially announcing Tekken 3DS? That's extremely rad, now I'll have 3 fighters for the system because Tekken is almost always good.
@Super: my battery lasts just fine. Been playing for 3 days off one charge. I do only play for a few minutes here and there though. Maybe an hour if I'm lucky. Kids.
