Teenage Pokemon: The first episode photo
Teenage Pokemon: The first episode

Like Malcom in the Middle, but with swears and Wartortles

[Teenage Pokemon is a cartoon show about Pokemon in their second stage of evolution. Expect some parody/tribute to videogame culture, industry, players, and events.]

I just realized that the first episode of The Simpsons was a Christmas Special. That show went on to do pretty well for itself I guess. Same with South Park. Weird.

I swear to God, it's purely a coincidence that the first episode of Teenage Pokemon is also a Christmas Special. I can only dream that the show will go on to be a fraction as funny and long lived as The Simpsons and South Park. If it even goes on to be as popular as Hello Larry, I'll be happy.

Check out a preview of Season 1 below, as well as the credits for the series so far. Thanks to everyone who helped make this thing possible.

Final Fantasy: Record Keeper is out today, and it kicks the crap out of All the Bravest

Final Fantasy: All the Bravest was a travesty. It played itself, it was pretty abrasive in its pandering, and the microtransactions were so pushy that it was hard to enjoy it without feeling like you were constantly being sold something. Final Fantasy: Record Keeper is another free-to-play game in the same vein, but it's a much better effort that doesn't feel straight-up insulting to fans.more

Escalator Pitch: Nina Freeman argues for perpetual Sailor Moon cosplay
