Techland retreads some ground with Mad Riders

8:00 AM on 02.19.2012

Techland's 2010 off-road racing game Nail'd was a bit of a surprise in that it was actually a pretty ok game. Their new project, Mad Riders, seems like a safe bet for them considering that it's basically Nail'd... again.

You'll perform tricks throughout each race, use boost, and find awesome shortcuts on an obscene number of tracks both online and off. I'm not sure what else there is to say about another off-road racing game. This one is aiming for a Spring release on XBLA, PSN (SEN?), and PC.

Techland's 'Project Haste' is Mad Riders, looks like Nail'd [Joystiq]

Drift Stage looks and plays like a love letter to classic arcade racing games

One look at Drift Stage in motion -- a few quick seconds into its main theme song -- and it's love. This is a racing game for PC/Mac with one hell of an art direction currently seeking funding on Kickstarter. The pitch isn't...more

Tearaway is back with a cameo in Joe Danger 2 for PS Vita

Before No Man's Sky, there was Joe Danger 2, a lovable side-scrolling racing/platform game about a motorbike-riding daredevil. After appearing on Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3, the game is now primed for its PS Vita debut, ...more
