Bilar: You can do party play where you can invite up to five friends to queue with you. I'd like to play MvM on the server, but it's only six players, and it also won't let us play MvM on the server anymore because it requires 32 player slots.
I posted this in the DToid Steam group already, figure I'll ask here as well...
Is the (doop)/Steamtoid TF2 server still active? I have it in my favorites but nobody is ever on. So if it is dead, maybe we could convert it to DToid's official MVM server?

Nice I am definitely stoked for some hooliganism on tf2 tonight. I am glad it will be online hooliganism though so I don't get locked up like pussy riot. If the autorities showed up I would be Putin on my best innocent face, Stalin until I could shut down my computer or Lenin to block the screen. @sammDogg the doop server is actually run by a friend of mine and isn't an official server by any capacity. I'll talk with him and see what he thinks about the idea, assuming he still wants to run a server.

TF2 never was more than $20 even at launch, and if you can't figure out something to do on a computer while waiting a few minutes in a queue, then I'm sorry there just is no pleasing you.

@Ragin: You don't have to pay anything to play it. The dollar is for a harder difficulty and items that only are for cosmetic purposes. You don't have to pay a penny if you want to play.

Technically, at launch it was $50 as part of Orange Box ($45 for preorder). There was only a standalone product much later. Even so, the game came out nearly 5 years ago, if you haven't gotten your worth out of TF2 by now you have no excuse.

Also, you can skip the queues by just directly joining a server with less with 6 players. I have yet to wait in a queue, I am far too impatient for that.
