Forget crummy Valentine's Day cards and that horrible heart-shaped candy that tastes like chalk mixed with ear medicine, Valve's got something much better in store for us. That's right, a big update for the PC version of Team Fortress 2 will be unleashed tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. PST.
The most notable improvements included in the update are further networking, graphics, and player stats optimizations, SourceTV fixes, and some changes to "Dustbowl," "Granary," and "CTF_Well." Best of all, a remake of the TF Classic map "Badlands" will be packed into the patch.
To see every last minor tweak that the the update will bring, head on over to Steam. Who knows if and when we'll see a similar update to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. PC gamers, now is your time to gloat.

If you cant run source, an engine thats over 4 years old, you need a new box, period.
Though I have no idea what SourceTV is, and I've been a Source gamer since forever.
Sounds interesting, I guess. Never seen it in action or heard anybody talk about it or anything before, though.

-Why when a game gets over does it wait for yopu to quit and will always say "you were disconnected from the game"?
-No new maps or option to get new maps! Seriously the maps they have right now are good but get old quick, but no deathmatch maps? One CTF map? Really?
-There really aren't any wide open maps that will make the sniper class useful or relevant at all. They are fun to be but not really as beneficial as any of the other classes.

-No dedicated servers
That's my gripe, hopefully there's some sort of light at the end of this tunnel.
