I got soooo excited at the header. Then I realized it wasn't about the movie. Or a game based on it. Fuck you. I would so love a co op game based on that. I take back that fuck you also. Just a knee jerk angry reaction.
Totally called the airplane part during the first teaser few months back, and this is definitely on my to buy list
I think this game looks way better than the original... and I thought the original was pretty decent.
Looks good to me. Let's see some gameplay. It they manage to pull off what they want, and Bethesda seems like a company that isn't just about deadlines, then we'll have a real winner on our hands.
Having played and beaten the first game, I have to say that this is terrible. Without going into spoilers about the first game... I'll just say that this seems to completely disregard anything and everything, storywise, from the first game.
Anyone who's played the first game and looks at this expecting the same story will be disappointed.
That said, it'll probably be a much better game than the first one.

Yeah, have to agree with that. The first even had a cliffhanger of sorts. Nonetheless, hopefully it turns out good.

This was a great trailer. I was disappointed to hear of the changes to the original Prey, but damn, this trailer made all of that go away. It kind of sucks to not see Tommy, but I hope we at least get flashes of the brilliant gravity, physics and portals from the first game. Great choice of song and the video was pretty fun.
If the alien city actually looks like that, and if it is open, consider me sold. Very different, but still awesome.

I'm slightly disappointed by Human Head's decision to create what is, essentially, a new IP that takes its cues from games such as Mass Effect and Mirror's Edge. I feel that the studio could have done a lot more with what they already had.
However, I can understand the studio's decision to start anew -- it has been a few years, after all -- and I no longer resent Human Head for creating a new protagonist and a new universe. I am going to miss Prey's famed 'vagina doors', however.

The original Prey kind of sucked, to be honest. Gameplay was brilliant, story was downright broken. When you think about it, that's a really unique combination - and the tight controls were what drive the game.
So I liked it. But this is set to be a whole lot better. Now, if only it looked as good as this...

As a long time fan of Prey before anyone ever gave a shit about it and even after it was dismissed as 'just another FPS on eggsbawks' I say; NOTHANKYOU.JPG.
I want a TRUE sequel. Not this bastardization. Still a day one purchase, but that's just to reward 2K/Human Head for Prey1.

I liked the original but i think that there's way more potential in this sequel!
Along with Tomb Raider and Deus Ex this is the game i want the most.

Why not change things up a little in the next game... or do you want another get from point a to point b while shooting stuff game? I for one am happy to see this fresh take on this game.

Game looks utterly amazing in nearly every way, the style, the moves, all that.

Whollly shiz Prey 2 looks sweet and it seems they changed it up a lot .... I loved the first cant wait to try the second .... sucks they got rid of the Indian dude them puzzles were fun
I played and really enjoyed Prey 1 on the PC, the story was good and the setting was brilliant although it certainly felt like a console shooter but given how well done it was it was forgivable.
It kind of sucks that Tommy isnt playable, but this trailer looks very very promising. I hope it atleast ties into the story of P1
