Tales of Monkey Island chapter 2 screens surface photo

Four billion years ago (Internet Standard Time) Telltale Games announced the launch date of the second chapter in the Tales of Monkey Island series. Due on 20th for the PC crowd -- this Thursday you calendar-less people, you -- the “Siege of Spinner Cay” focuses again on the journey of mighty pirate and nincompoop Guybrush Threepwood. The media was given an address to download an image to accompany the release. The link was broken, so no dice.

But now we have it and a few more via the official Tales of Monkey Island Web site.

The first image is the most telling. It appears Guybrush will meet up with Elaine, something we weren’t sure was going to happen until the final episode. Feel free to check out the gallery below if you want a few more teases.

That last pic in the gallery is both mysterious and gorgeous.

It's still called the Siege of CAY.
