Take-Two, 2K dates BioShock 2 for November 3 release photo

In its second quarter fiscal 2009 results conference call this afternoon, Take-Two 2K Games have revealed that 2K Marin’s BioShock 2 is slated for a November 3 release date in North America.

And… that’s about it. Not much else to say on that, really. I could b.s. about something, but what’s the point? You already have this marked on your calendar, right?

For more information on BioShock 2, I direct you to our preview.

[Update: As reader covah points out, it was also mentioned that the game will hit Europe a few days earlier, October 30. Sorry about the oversight, Europeans. No spoilers when you get it, okay?]

Bioshock 2 on the 3rd and Modern Warfare 2 on the 10th... might need to take some time off.

No spoilers? PAH. In memory of the countless titles you Americans spoiled for us, it seems only fitting to return the favour.

I wonder why they pushed it back a month. Oh well, it'll have to do!

I just hope the plasmids are more useful this time around. I know they all had a use but when it came down to it, all you needed was telekinesis and ice. I just kept fire and electricity on hand for opening doors and melting ice. Still the game looks awesome and i can't wait to shove a drill into the face of some poor unlucky splicer.

Oh yay, it's on my birthday. How... disappointing. Hopefully Koei will release a new Dynasty Warriors by then too.
