PC Port Report: Resident Evil 4 HD

Did you somehow miss Resident Evil 4? I mean, okay, the Gamecube wasn't the most popular console in the world, but it was ported to the PS2, which everyone had five of. And later to the Wii, which everyone had five more of. A...

This Dead Rising 3 DLC trailer is just too badass

If this trailer were to be believed, Dead Rising 3's new DLC Chaos Rising is pretty darn cool. I mean, look at all the leather, and motorcycles, and angry dudes in jail. That's practically the trifecta of cool stuff. However, Chris "Smash Mouth" Carter says it's not all that great. Maybe he just hates leather, and motorcycles, and dudes in jail.

Capcom is churning out DLC for Dead Rising 3, and so far, it's struck out. The first DLC had a major problem offering up an uninteresting character and scenario, while the second gave us a better character, but an equally disappointing campaign.

This time around, the third episode focuses on one of the psychopath bosses from the main campaign, in the form of biker king Hunter Thibodeux. While the concept of playing as a boss character is decidedly unique, the third scenario is still just as shallow as its predecessors.

Watch Hugo beat up Poison in Ultra Street Fighter IV

I hope Poison is going to be able to tag him back when she gets a trailer because she had to play punching bag this time around. Training Mode is so cruel. Go check out this video to see just what's different in the upcoming Ultra Street Fighter IV (aside from new characters). Otherwise, enjoy a closer look at how Hugo and his disgusting bird's nest hair will play.

DLC accounts for about 15% of Capcom's game sales

Downloadable content has been a tricky business for Capcom over the years. A quick search of the words "on disc DLC" promptly brings up the Japanese developer's name before any other company. Even with their struggles of disc...

This Deep Down trailer has plenty of action

Deep Down is coming along nicely, and now you can get a better look at some of the more terrifying creatures in the game. That includes a Mimic treasure chest monster, giant abominations, and tiny gross slug monsters. Everything is looking great so far, and as a Souls fan, I can't wait to give it a try at some point. Hopefully it'll be localized sometime this year.

Review: Strider

I was very skeptical when the Strider franchise was handed over to Double Helix. This was before we found out that Killer Instinct was actually a decent game, when the studio was allowed to spread its wings with something other than a movie license title.

Two playthroughs later, and I'm a believer. If Strider is any indication, I really think Double Helix has a bright future ahead of it.
