Cologne, Germany is getting the orchestral game music hookup, thanks to producer Thomas Boecker. He's bringing Symphonic Fantasies to Europe this fall. This concert features 70 minutes of popular music from the Square Enix titles Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, the Chrono series, the Mana series, and others.

It sounds like we're going to miss out on a pretty good show. If you happen to be in that area, it all goes down on September 12th at the Kölner Philharmonie in Cologne, Germany.

It's being conducted by Grammy-winner Arnold Roth, who is also currently conducting the Distant Worlds concert series, taking place all over the United States this year. We're calling this show the next best thing, and Destructoid is already planning to make it out to at least one show, so look for our coverage on that this spring.
