Summa may have live blogged the Will Wright keynote, but it was extremely difficult for him to balance an HD camera on his foot while simultaneously fending off an ocean of milfs. Luckily, Matthew spotted a shaky cam of the event on Viddler. It may be a little emotionally exhausting to work up enthusiasm for a game that's been talked about at nearly every conference, but it's an enlightening vid nontheless. I'm curious though: I wonder why the company chose to give an update on Spore at SXSW and not at the larger GDC... hmm.

I have no problem drumming up enthusiasm for this game... this is a game that can truly be different every time you play. Should be absolutely amazing and I'll have my Ultra-Gold-Foil-Metal-Box Premium Special Edition pre-ordered the first day it's offered.
wow this game looks really cool. One thing though can I just elect to stay as a micro-organism. I mean what if I just want to be the most uber STD in the universe.
The Guy's smart. I'm kind of glad that just about every time I forget about this game there's some new update talking about this or that; reminding me how much I want to play it when it comes out.
Im more excited for this game than almost any game that has ever came out. Any chance it will be on consoles. Releasing it for wii would be ideal because the wii can produce those visuals easily. Plus the wiimote would be ideal for his cursor

also, EA is like crazy in love with the wii and DS, and will has mentioned DS possibility, but he said "pc first" basically.
