Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, now 800 MS points photo

If you're one of the ones that held of on buying Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, perhaps a Deal of the Week would help lure you in.

Normally 1,200 Microsoft Points, Xbox Live Arcade title SSFIITHDR is now available for 800 points for Xbox Live Gold Members. You get updated art, high-definition graphics, awesome remixed music, and the ability to disconnect when you're playing poorly to save your rankings, all for this low price! I'm kind of kidding about the last point.

I would have liked to have seen a slightly better discount, but the game is certainly worth $10 USD. Now go ahead and tell me how you already have Street Fighter 4 and how you don't need this now.

Damn, two Deals of the Week where I've already bought the item in question. Ah well, enjoy some SF goodness.

I just played the hell out of HD Remix Saturday morning to get that last achievement. Woo!

Feel free to ask for some rounds against me, I have since lost my edge on HD Remix, you'll have a chance. :]

Yes, it is good for those 3 people, of which I'm included in.

It's better because 4 is an unbalanced piece of shit. HD Remix is balanced, looks great, sounds great, plays great. There's a reason people it's still played in tournaments more than a decade after it's been released. It's damn good.

Also, if my 360 was online right now, I dare say I'd drop fisticuffs with you in 4.

Buy it please and play it online Nobody plays it anymore.

Hd remix is balanced? more than 4? lol. I think that hdr is a better game overall but is not more balanced counter picking is still in the game whereas in 4 everybody has a better chance i.e. honda in hdr is no match for ryu or sagat in 4 honda still has a tough matchup against fireball chars but is like 6-4 instead of 7-3/8-2

And hdr is not the same as st.
St has been played in tourneys hdr just got played this weekend at devastation and will be played at evo. Top players for some reason seem to hate it.

Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike still trumps both games; but for the record I have way more fun with IV than HD Remix.

Sweet deal, I'll get this after I'm finished with my final exam this week, no need to buy it immediately and keep thinking about it when I should be studying.

(agrees with Cataract)

IV is an absolute disappointment. 9 years since the last Street Fighter game and all we get is a half-assed remake of Super Turbo with some III/new elements added in (and not well implemented either). Hopefully someone with Balls will develop V.

It's far from true that nobody plays it anymore.
HDR and IV are totally different beasts, both with awesomeness.
Anyway, I wish that MS would give me the difference in MS points when this happens with a game I already have. Who's with me?
