I'll admit it: I'm a sucker for any game that has a zombie theme. Just say "zombie" and I'm going to check it out, no holds barred. Surely that's a part of why I was enthused to see Housemarque's newest PSN exclusive title, Dead Nation. Here's what it's all about:
The world's human population has been ravaged by a killer virus that turns healthy people into shuffling, flesh-eating zombies. You are one of the rare survivors yet to succumb to the illness - and it's up to you to fight off wave after wave of undead monsters as they attack in their hundreds.
Dead Nation is a survival effort on a truly global sclale: every zombie killed by every player in their own country will help to stop the virus spreading worldwide!
The zombie genre is nothing new, but considering these guys made Super Stardust HD, I'm certainly interested to see what they can do next. Interested?
I will only check that game if it has a pretty good demo... Otherwise it is just the intersection of dual controlled shooters and zombie apocalipse, two of the more overused game concepts recently...
Depends on the multiplayer. If it has a good local and online I'm buying. The bare minumum that zombie titles should do now is standing out from the crowd with good features.
WTF ever happened to the radioactive undead zombies? Those are the zombies I want to be nommed by. This virus-zombie thing is so passe.

PLUS, since you said they made Super Star Dust I am willing to bet this will a soild experience SSDHD is a game I always go back to.
