Finally someone who gets the synopsis right! Why does everyone (or rather, PETA) think he is a cube of meat? I mean, he IS a cube of meat, in essence, but still... you get the idea
It's probably a PC version because a) the PC version's sold twice what the 360 version has, and b) the PC is vastly more popular in European countries.

I don't know a single person in Europe who buys boxed PC copies, but that might just be me living in Western Europe.

It's also because you can't just put out a boxed console game with a whole new certification ordeal. With the PC version they can just put the .Exe on a CD and throw in cool stuff.
