Shin Hitler/True Adolf.
Hitler in a purple karategi with orange hair with the kanji of 'furor' buned onto his stashe.
Or.....Mike Haggar?
They must die. They must all die.
I can't wait for this game. :)
Not all Nazis were evil. The name itself is, but I'm sure there were more than a few Germans who committed those crimes who came home scarred for life over what they had done.
Please don't let this turn into a political debate. Politics are so boring. :)
I'm interested.
Yeah, it's not really fair to throw Nazis under the bus. I mean sure they tried to exterminate and entire race of people, but it's not like they were postmen who refused to deliver people's mail. Those are the real bad guys.
I know! That dirty rat bastard can't walk 5 feet to deliver my mail, but he can walk that 5 feet to leave me a postcard saying that my mailbox is too far away from the curb for him to deliver my mail.
Sarcastic response gets sarcastic response. (I'm sorry. Drunk posting.) :)
I dunno, I mean it's like Buttermine said. And taking pleasure In killing someone is pretty disturbing, unless you were personally affected.
But I dunno, it's late and typing this is pretty difficult. I understand he was an evil man, and this game is awesome, but what I said about being personally affected, you shouldn't find joy in killing a real figure.
But remember, enjoyment and joy are two different things.
I don't know what you're looking at, but I'm looking at a video game. Further a game that acknowledges the tendency of people/cultures to vilify an actual person into a concept, to the point where that concept supersedes who that actual person is.
If when o get my hands on this, and I mean this sincerely, I'll be shooting hordes of the embodiment of evil that Hitler, through the rest of human existence, has become. In this context, it matters little that he was an artist or maybe, just maybe, thought he was doing the right thing, or anything that attributes to any human person that earns the cultural lambast of "evil".
To artnerd out a bit, some thing like this creates (or translates) a commodity and fetishizes it, pointedly.
Any connection to topics of human nature and blodlust are a red herring. If anything beats you over the head with it's humanity detachment, it's a game called "Hitlers Must Die"
Seriously.:)
Game looks promising. I love Ed's art style.
Jet Li should be in this game, kicking the crap out of Hitlers and showing their bones breaking in X-ray vision. You could also call it "Rise To Honor 2: Hitlers Must Die".
