And that video was from Molyjam, a game development jam event tribute/parody to Peter Molyneux. It's pretentiousness is part of the joke.

Sup, Holmes?: Indie vs. AAA with Scott LaGrasta
[Destructoid's Director of Communications Hamza Aziz asked Jonathan Holmes to make a show called 'Sup, Holmes?' so that Destructoid could later sell a t-shirt that says 'Sup, Holmes?' on it. This is that show. Subscribe to the audio podcast feed and find more episodes here. Sup, Holmes? airs live, Sundays, 1pm Pacific on Dtoid.tv] On this week's Sup Holmes we have a man who's traveled down both the mean streets of Molydeux, and through the Metropolitan majesty of Rapture. Scott LaGrasta is a level designer at 2K Marin (Bioshock 2, XCOM) and the creator of the the Molyjam title Qarrots, Wadishes, and 'Ettuce. He has a lot of strong opinions about the pros of cons of game development, particularly regarding the direction that big budget gaming is heading. As someone who knows the industry from all sides, you'd do well to hear his words of wisdom. You'd also do well to try to win yourself the $30 of Threadless cash we'll be giving away this week. If you write me 3-4 line poem about a particular videogame and send it to HolmesSupHolmes@gmail.com, the cash could be yours! You'll have to watch the show to find out what game to write about though. From there I'll pick the best poem, read it on next week's show, and give the cash code to the winner. Did you know? I throw the post up earlier to make people aware that it's coming.
