Well, this is embarrassing. This week was supposed to mark the beginning of a new direction for the series. We got writers, a set, a wardrobe consultant, and most importantly, celebrity guests. Unfortunetely, due to Sagat's incredibly unprofessional treatment of Hugo Andore Jr. (our special celebrity guest), he had to be let go.
We fired Sagat.
That means that we need a new star, and it could be you. After what I saw at PAX 10, I know there are a lot of cosplayers out there. This is your time to shine. Dress as your favorite video game character, talk about videogames, shoot it on video, and send it to me at jonathan@destructoid.com. If your video is good enough, it could make it on to next week's show.
You can do it green screen style like most of this series, do something like the Balrog episode, go for the "at home" stuff as seen in the Felicia and Sagat segments, or something totally different. It's all up to you. The only rule is that you must be a videogame character, and you must talk about videogames. Go nuts.

That really brightened my day. I remember years ago, reading the cblogs, and thinking, this guy is brilliant. He needs to have a spotlight.
Never did I imagine that one day, my dream would come true and we'd get glorious videos like this as a result. Sometimes life works out the way you want it too.

Holmes, I just noticed the new avatar you handsome devil you. I seem to remember commenting recently that your avatar could use an update and the way you responded made it sound like it would never happen. Glad you changed your mind.

You, Felicia-girl (no disrespect meant, I just don't know her real name), Sammit, Jim Sterling, and someone else from Destructoid should restart the Podtoids. I know I miss them, and I think you would be a great edition to what is left of the group that kept me smiling every week for ages.
You should host a game show. More specifically The Price is Right. And wear that eye patch while doing so.

@monkeypuncher6613: EdgyDude's suggestion is a fantastic one. Also check out Electric Hydra. Not only does it have Topher and Brad pretty regularly, but it has Jim and Samit on quite a bit, too. They've even had Anthony and Linde on.

@franchise: I can't seem to find electric hydra anywhere, of course I am on a zune, so it might just be unavailable for me through that. I did however find the site, and tomorrow I will get right on downloading some of those too.
