I'm just gonna come right out and say it--Sagat has excellent taste in Felicias. I may as well check out the series backcatalog while they've got my attention.
I like Ape Escape. It's great fun. I didn't like Ape Escape 3 much, but I wouldn't say it was terrible.
They've done time, they've done space (well, travelled the world, AND space a bit), and then they did TV/movies... what's left?
I really need Ape Escape 4 though. This has inspired me to go back on Ape Escape P.
Oh, and there was a Japanese PSP game where you controlled the monkeys that looked great. :(

As usual Jon, I feel your sentiment is spot on. This is yet another insightful topic to consider in regards to where the gaming industry may be heading (If we're not there already). I hear you man! You're the reason I come to this site. Keep it up.

Um, even as a red-blooded male (who frequently pauses fighters to check... move frames), I honestly prefer the previous "soapbox" format of video game discussion. Sagat, you were once a tiger/tier, delivering impassioned yet cohesive discussions which were often truly eye-opening. Eye-opening and weighty, with a solid 3 minutes of pure point-making. Even Birdy had some satirical/sarcastic point to make. But now!
You're a little wuss who makes one-sided conversations with his girlfriend at home. I know you were discouraged by poor youtube reception, but that's no reason to become a bedridden shut-in, especially with a scantily-clad blue-haired bombshell meowing you on. Wut. It's the format more than the subject matter really.
Which is another thing, Felicia is (oh so) attractive but her character is insulting! You start up a discussion on gaming but your partner can't say anything back; not that a rant isn't in the same format, but that undermines the intelligence of women and on a larger scale, your audience. We have more to say than meow, and I'm sure you have more to say than pillow talk. I've heard Felicia speak by the way, and I might just sign the petition of Fridays with Felicia. Mrowr!

Seriously, I think we're more turned on by the fact that she is super freaking beautiful and that it's essentially a POV of being in the same bed with her.

Another great episode, and not only because of Felicia. The "realistic, monkey-faced monkeys" line made me laugh.
Wasn't a PSX kid, so aside from the MGS3 extra I missed out on Ape Escape. It was an entertaining era for games though. :)
