Digital distribution would work fine for the people here, but you have to remember the 90 something percent of people who would have no clue how to get the content from the PC to the TV, the people who will always prefer a physical format, and the consumers who never plan to purchase an Apple TV-like device to connect to their TV. That, as well as a few other factors put digital distribution a bit further than 3 years away for the mainstream in my opinion. And yeah the Charlie guy wasn't too bright.
