OK guys and gals, here's my second go 'round on The Loop on G4's Attack of the Show. I hope I didn't look like too much of an idiot, but here you go. Quick observation notes: the AOTS studio is huge; Kevin Pereira is the nicest guy on this planet; Olivia is hot as a bald chick; and Chris Gore is also pretty damn nice and funny as hell. Let me know what you think of the segment.

I can't imagine how hard it would be to go on national TV, but you did a great job with it.

I commented on the other listing, but you looked and sounded exactly as I anticipated you would...almost annoyed with your counterpart and his drivelings. A bit of a sneer. He looked kind of uncomfortable.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the $200 price of the PSP. That's a lot for a handheld, especially when your competitor is killing you when it comes to marketshare and is much cheaper

Hell, for $50 more you can get a Wii.

And I don't think the DS is a kiddy toy. I know plenty a manly man on campus who wastes away playing Final Fantasy and NSMB

Here's piping hot and nasty video of me and Robert Summa waxing about the state of the current handheld market. See how nice I am to the PSP? Notice how bizarre my hair looks? I should wash it more than once a week.

Decent job, Summa. Quit with the DS as kids' device, though, as the numbers sold for the system can't be just because of kids. In Japan, I think it's a requirement to live.

Oh, and by the way -- what is this no one will take down Nintendo in the handheld market horse crap? Uh, short sighted much?

It certainly won't be by Nokia, Apple, or Dell -- that much is certain. Times change, people change. Look at the history of the industry. It's not an insurmountable task to not only make a dent into the market, but to dominate it. Granted, they've owned it since what was essentially the beginning, but I'd imagine the playing field is going to look quite different in five years.

Handheld games are stupid, anyhow. Who leaves their house?
