To make up for lost time caused by the PlayStation Network outage, developer Sucker Punch Productions will be giving the inFamous 2 user-generated content beta an extension.
I mean, why wouldn't they? For now, the studio is waiting on PSN to come back before giving out any definitive word on how long the beta will go for. Again, makes sense.
Sucker Punch has also ceased code giveaways for the time being, since first-time players can't agree to the beta's end-user license agreement without online connectivity, rendering them unable to play.
