Style Me Girl is for women, not patronizing at ALL photo

I bring you word that Style Me Girl was recently released on iOS and Android by Frenzoo, a game that presents itself as the "first mobile RPG exclusively for women." It has been designed with ladies in mind, and as such, represents everything that all women want from games!

"Style Me Girl is one of the first RPG mobile games focused exclusively on the female audience and hopes to be for women what first-person shooter games and mafia-style RPGs are for men," reads the PR email. It's allegedly doing pretty well, topping the iTunes chart for free role-playing games, and becoming the Amazon Marketplace's most downloaded free game.

"Style Me Girl invites players to rise through the ranks of the glamorous and seductive New York fashion scene. Starting as an intern at the hottest style magazine in town, you can climb the industry ladder by helping models look their best and then stepping behind the camera to capture the perfect pose. Doing so will lead to high marks from the judges and career advancement as a celebrity stylist in the high-stakes fashion world."

Rejoice, GURL GAMARZ, no longer will you have to play Calling Duty or Grand Auto Grab with those smelly boys. Now there is a game that you little ladies can play while you're shopping for shoes and thinking about kissing the high school leader of the footbasket team. Aren't you lucky?

Final Fantasy: Record Keeper is out today, and it kicks the crap out of All the Bravest

Final Fantasy: All the Bravest was a travesty. It played itself, it was pretty abrasive in its pandering, and the microtransactions were so pushy that it was hard to enjoy it without feeling like you were constantly being sold something. Final Fantasy: Record Keeper is another free-to-play game in the same vein, but it's a much better effort that doesn't feel straight-up insulting to fans.more
