Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're enjoying both. I mean, really, how involved do you need to be for a lapdance? Essentially you sit there and have a boner. It's not like they're having sex.
Some of those strippers do look pretty worn out. It's probably because all of the good ones get sold to rich countries like the US and UK, while the Russians get all the tired single mom / substance addicted ones, since they're more affordable.

a) They probably weren't allowed to touch - which means:
