Street Fighter IV: The Faces of Pain, Part III

If you've been keeping up this week, surely you've noticed that we've been taking a closer look at the anguished faces of Street Fighter IV. Reactions to roundhouse kicks, nut shots, shoryukens, they're all here in Part I and Part II of our series.

Today, we focus on five more fighters: Blanka, Chun Li, M. Bison, Sagat, and Vega. Each of these fighters is proficient and deadly in their own right, but one thing is clear -- not a single one of them likes getting kicked in the crotch.

Blanka

Seriously, this guy generates electricity off of his body. So you'd think a fireball to the face or a sweep to the legs wouldn't faze him much. These pictures tell another story.

Chun Li

An Interpol investigator since age 18 and a soon-to-be movie star (Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li hits theaters February 27, baby), Chun Li has to keep her cool at all times. Staying calm, looking good, that's her game, so no over-the-top reactions for her. If we said otherwise, she'd crush us with her thighs.

M. Bison

Being the former boss a shadowy organization, you have to do your best to hide your weaknesses. But I don't care who you are, getting kicked in the shins hurts like hell, as evinced by some of M. Bison's in-combat reactions.

Sagat

Even when you're the Emperor of the Muay Thai Boxing world, it's hard not to react to foot to the face or a fist to the groin. He needs to be careful with his peepers bugging out though -- it might knock off his eye-patch. 

Vega

This pretty boy acrobat will protect his face at all costs, which means he's usually wearing a mask. Too bad, because even when his body's getting tenderized by punches and kicks, we can't see the look of surprise on his face. Even when knocked dizzy, he covers up his "flawless" features.
