Capcom has officially announced the Japanese arcade release date for Street Fighter IV, July 18th. Hey, that's a day after E3!

Japanese gamers will get to line up in the muggy Japanese summer heat to finally get their hands on Capcom's hottest brawler. Well, that is, if they're already not in line for the location tests. Various Capcom Plaza arcades around Japan will begin testing on the 10th of July, according to Game|Life.

As for us in America, there's no news yet. I'd bet we hear something soon. In the meantime, Ryu and his newfound crotch bulge will be making appearances in cabinets at the San Diego Comic-Con (July 24-27) and the EVO Finals in Las Vegas (August 8-10).

I can't wait to get my hands on it again and try out a couple of other characters. What about you? Do you think we'll see this soon?

Why play Third Strike when I have a perfectly acceptable copy of SF Alpha 3 chillin' at home?

To counter all of you, why play any Street Fighters when you could play King Of Fighters XI in all of it's superiorness?

Is Megaman going to be in this game.

"Is Megaman going to be in this game."

If Megaman was in this, I'd poop myself. He needs to be in more fighting games. Also, so does Zero. Who else wants Zero to go toe-to-toe vs. Ryu with his Z-Saber?

"What is this... arcades that you speak of?"

Way back in the days before books, words, or internets, there was a place people could go and twist knobs to shoot aliens. This place was known as an Arcades. These Arcades were everywhere, and people would line up for miles to enter their local Arcades. Arcades has gone now, sadly.. it exists only in our hearts and our memories.
