In the process of activating and restoring my new iPhone this afternoon, I noticed that Street Fighter IV was downloading a rather large update. A couple minutes later, PR hit my inbox and I understood why.
As of this afternoon, Zangief and Cammy have been added to the iPhone Street Fighter as free DLC. All their moves from the console games are intact (although I struggle doing Cammy's Hooligan Throw and Geif's Pile Driver with the touch controls), and their character models look just as good as the original iPhone Street Fighter cast.
So, yeah -- free stuff. Go update.

After the update my whole SFIV game is 231.2 MB total.
Yea you can pretty much forget precision. Combos happen, but they're hard to nail on command. At least for me. In general though the controls are pretty serviceable, much more so than I thought they would be. The game is playable, the special moves are pulled off pretty easily, and it looks really good. I don't know if I'd say it was worth $10, but it's a fairly solid game of SFIV for when you're on the go.
