Street Fighter costumes coming to LittleBigPlanet?

Media Molecule is on quite the tear with LittleBigPlanet costume content. Today, on Spanish PlayStation enthusiast website PSnow, images popped up of Sackboy adorned with various Street Fighter Gear. Chun Li, Guile, Ryu and Zangief all made the cut.

Despite how official it may look, this could be one of those clever Internet ruses. Media Molecule hasn’t announced that they have recreated any of these loveable Capcom characters. But, it's easy to believe when considering the amount of game-specific costumes already released. LocoRoco, Resistance, MotorStorm and Final Fantasy have all made an appearance in LBP. Also, early word on costume content has been leaked before.

If these costumes do come to fruition, I really want them in a LocoRoco-type bundle. I’m not a big fan of having to download anything in pieces, nor paying an extravagant amount of money for it. That said, I would gladly pay too much money for that Zangief costume. Check out that chest hair.

Pretty cool stuff but $2 per costume can get pricey...

Zangief Sackboy is almost worth a good DLC raping.

It'd be funny if the costumes were unceremoniously removed from the PS Store, without warning or explanation, likely due to copyright violation.

I think we can all agree that the Guile one is terrible. And pretty homosexual too.

I want to hug Zangief,
But it's okay because he's gay.
