Stranger's Dream DLC headed to Bastion next week
And it's free! (If you have Bastion on PC or Google Chrome, that is.) Those with the Xbox Live Arcade version, however, are going to have to pay $0.99 to get Stranger's Dream when it drops on December 14 "due to Microsoft policy." Well, crap.
In order to play Score Attack Mode and the new Who Knows Where sequence, you'll need to have completed Bastion already. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)If Score Attack Mode is what it sounds like (letter grades on each stage), I'm game.
If nothing else, I'll go through the new Who Knows Where sequence once or twice. I'm a little bit more than mildly excited for this! It sucks that they went about trying to make it free for xbox, but couldn't. But 99 cents is nothing and I would have no problem paying for it anyway, great game and sounds like some good content. I'm so glad they added the No Sweat Mode. My 4 year old loves this game but can't get past some levels because he keeps dying. I'd have paid a few bucks for it, but free is even better. They're probably timing it to get more attention during the Steam xmas sale. It will probably be down to $5 or less, and a bizzilion copies will be sold I am sure. 10:00 PM on 05.20.2013 Surviving The Last of Us won't be easyI feel like we've been hearing a lot about The Last of Us lately, but that's far from a bad thing, as I'm finally starting to get a better idea of how it'll actually play. Here's more talk about the action-survival game, dir...

2:01 AM on 05.20.2013 Review: Resident Evil Revelations (Wii U)Resident Evil Revelations was a great action horror title. So good, it absolutely humiliated Resident Evil 6 by being superior in every single way -- a fact made especially delicious considering it was a 3DS game in contrast ...

12:00 PM on 05.18.2013 Preview: The Last of UsI was skeptical of The Last of Us. Despite all the hype and high promises, to me, it looked like post-apocalyptic Uncharted. I wasn't sold on the dynamic nature of how the game progressed, and as we all know, zombies have been literally done to death in the past five years. Then, I got a chance to actually play it. How many days until June 14th again?
