Storm's Adventure with Halo: Reach and Black Ops
I guess the theme of this video is "I don't like old stuff." And as a Destructoid viewer, I hope you can understand that none of my anger is directed towards you. On top of the list today is Halo: Reach. I believe I've covered the other Halo FPS in a condensed fashion. To get a preview of the running jokes and spelling errors, click here. When the news of Halo: Reach reached my ears, nothing but toothbrush commercials and cheap jokes entered my mind. However, Halo has never forsaken me. Since the first person shooters have always been insanely well developed, it's hard to be classy when trying to humorously analyzing the game. And I think that becomes apparent two minutes and ten seconds into the video. For some reason, I feel there should be something in between these paragraphs...never mind. Now we come to Call of Duty: Black Ops. I have a bit of history with Call of Duty, here, here, and here, dating back to when I though it was another dull franchise making faggy World War II games. Now, it seems Activision can do no wrong. Of course, even though I found Black Ops fun, there's plenty of bitching when I'm on the case. For anyone interested, here is the fan-made flash game. Also, Sarah will not be pursuing a careering in acting. Also, also, the Future Storm story arc comes to a close. Continuity errors are abound. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)I don't want to watch the video. Can someone give me, like a condensed text version?
Or not. Then I just won't ever know what it's about. eh. Holy shit, Storm still posts content here? Like Andy I apparently have catching up to do.
P.S. Everyone go watch Storm's videos, they're pretty good! This was fucking great. I really want to murder that Insidious pop-out ad though. And, whatever happened to that brief glimpse of investigative journalism we had during that IF vs. Activision pissing contest? THAT WAS FUN! I want to know what, if anything, happened. 8:30 PM on 05.23.2013 Black Ops 2's Revolution DLC has a free trial weekendCall of Duty: Black Ops 2's Revolution map pack will be free to play on Xbox 360 this weekend, Activision's Dan Amrich announced, who only confirmed the promotion for Microsoft's console. I like the Heroes of Might & Magic series, but it has never been perfect. It's a very niche set of games that aren't quite role-playing titles or full-fledged strategy games. They are almost their own weird hybrid ge...more
