If you own a PS3, you need a LittleBigPlanet beta key. It's as simple as that. The game, as Brad Nicholson described in his hands-on, has the ability to transport you directly to childhood with its clean, beautiful stylings and precious character design. If you don't have one, never fear: you have one more chance to snag one of 15,000 keys, now being given away on USA Today Online.

When you get there, click the purple button that says "Do you want to test drive the game?" and you're well on your way to creating your own universes. While you're at it, you just might want to search user-created content for "Destructoid" -- someone just might have made us our own level.

I was told that you can e-mail littlebigplanet@usatoday.com with LittleBigPlanet Beta‏ in the title and get a key that way.

I sent that e-mail 20 mins ago and am still waiting....

Thats what I did and I got mine a few hours ago. You just have to be patient, it took about an hour and a half.

I sent a message at 10:34 AM (central) and received a code at 11:44 AM, if that gives people a better idea of the turnaround time.

I got one yesterday and started the beta, it's not bad- some of the movement is kind of weird as to when you can and can't go on the "z" axis- but it is pretty fun
