Okay, it's a bit of a Captain Obvious since only a complete prick would make a Transformers game and omit the franchise's best character, but nonetheless it has been confirmed that Starscream will be in High Moon's Transformers: War for Cybertron. Here's what he'll look like, too.
As with all the other Transformers, Starscream has been given a "pre-Earth" look, transforming into a Cybertronian equivalent of his famous jet form. He has been given a sleeker design than his Generation 1 counterpart, but he still looks like the classic Starscream we known and love as opposed to that hideous ape-like Michael Bay abortion.
War for Cybertron will flesh out the Starscream character and shed some light onto his scheming motivations. His first meeting with Megatron will be detailed, and it'll become clear that he believes both Megatron and Optimus Prime fail as leaders. As one of the few flying Transformers, Starscream has a hover ability, as well as a shockwave attack.
So yes, there's some Starscream for you.

Oh and Optimus Prime is the best transformers character ... as a kid I HATED Starscream.
I have been considering emailing Activision and simply acting as if they've already agreed to it.
Anyway, not sure if I'll ever play this game. I mean, I've never, ever played any previous Transformers video game, come to think of it. Not that I think I missed much.
So, I ask, is there even any hope for this game, Jim?!
Also, Transformers: Rise of the Fallen(movie) was horrible.
But seriously, Starscream has been my favorite since I was like 5. LOVE IT.

I watched RotF today and... Bay can go fuck off a cliff!

Is that the best he can do!? I wonder how he'll fuck up Unicron in the third one! In conclusion, Starscream is my favorite transformer and Bay can go jump in a sink and die!
Long rant aside,I hope the game is able to resurrect the Transformers gaming line......
Then we can start thinking about voltron.
