(Still, Legend of Mana was decent. It just wasn't as good as SD 2 or 3)

Heck I wouldnt mind a hand drawn sprite update of SOM or SD3. But please let this turn out well...
Hey Dale! Any dtoiders (staff and otherwise) heading to TGS?
It's like when George Lucas announces a new Star Wars project and a small subset of people still react favorably. Do you remember the last few years? Do you remember every attempt since the original trilogy? Why would this be any different?
I would love a 3DS Seiken Densetsu done in the style of Secret, SD3, or Legend though.
Still, if it has the same charm through art and music, I'll probably buy whatever this turns out to be. I just can't resist this series, and it'll nurture the hope that my support will someday fund an official SD3 release, with online multiplayer on the 3DS. I mean, come on, SD3 is 3DS backwards, so the logo makes itself. The game is already done in my mind.
i still need to get me a copy of the snes version again. havnt played that in years. even bought it when it first came out at 70$. i was on vacation in NC with my family and was in a mall, saw the box cover, had no idea what it was, but NEEDED it so badly i bugged my mom to get it. didnt even have my snes with me. had to spend the rest of the week reading the manual.
Wait, when was the last time this was good news? Children of Mana wasn't so hot, Sword of Mana was so-so, and Dawn of Mana was an aberration unto the God's good earth. I will remain cautious about this just because I have little faith they'll bring back the magic of Secret of Mana or the skillful design of SD3.
But I still want it to be good
Consequently, when I mis-typed free-to-play, I inadvertently coined an (appropriate) new term: Fee-to-Play. I'm sure I'm not the first, but I certainly have amused myself.
