Square Enix TGS 2008 lineup looks hot, also Snoopy photo

At least Square Enix didn't tease us with a Tobal sequel like they did last year, only for us to find out that it was a mobile game.

No, the 2008 Tokyo Game Show Square Enix lineup looks pretty nice so far, with higlights like Final Fantasy XIII, Dissidia, Kingdom Hearts 369/2 Days or whatever and the new Valkyrie Profile title making the list. Oh, and Snoopy DS: Let’s Go Meet Snoopy and His Friends. Seriously.

Check out the rest on the Square Enix TGS 2008 Japanese Web page.

At TGS, Square Enix does this thing where they show all of the listed games on the floor. But they have this invite-only or on-the-list-only back room where they show the new hotness. We'll be sure to elbow our way into that room this year to see what they have in store. Is anyone holding out for a Kingdom Hearts III announcement?

Are you excited about anyting on this list? What do you think Squeenix may have in store for us? Where is the Wii title list?

Hit the jump to see the list that I totally stole from Siliconera.

Holy shit, that's it! Kingdom Hearts III is the Snoopy game! Sora and Co. have to travel to... er... wherever the hell the Peanuts gang lives and save them from the Heartless. Plus, Lucy and Marcy will be a nice lesbian compliment to Sora and Riku's... uh... friendship.

Seriously though, in addition to a KHIII announcement, I'm hoping that they'll announce a new Chrono game is on the way. They did copyright 'Echoes of Time' during E3...

The Snoopy game is the only thing that looks remotely interesting to me. MAYBE the Last Remnant, but I don't know anything about it other than that it's supposed to actually be different from normal S-E bullshit.

I have a strong feeling we may see FFV for DS get announced at TGS hot on the heels of FFIV having just come out. And is it too much to hope for FFVI to be remade for Wii :D

Why are 'Chrono Trigger' and 'Infinite Undiscovery' only being show in video form? The former was playable at E3, and the latter is done.

Strange, that.

Also, I agree with flamecondor about 'FFV DS.' I fully expect that to be announced soon, followed shortly by 'FFVI DS.'

@Parrothead: The Third Birthday is the next Parasite Eve game, I believe. Parasite Eve: The Third Birthday, which was developed for Cell Phones but will be recieving a PSP port, like FF XIII Agito.
