I'm a fan of Square-Enix, generally, but I dislike their tendency to announce games so far in advance. I much prefer how Atlus does it: they announce it when it's almost completed.

HD collection with KH1, 2, Re:Chain of Memories and Birth By Sleep. Final Mix versions. Include trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3. Actually release Kingdom Hearts 3 by the end of calendar year 2013.

finish Versus XIII first please. it would have been cool if they hadn't announce the game 6 years ago and the secret game they're gonna announce this year is Versus XIII complete with all the trailer they have shown so far and the gameplay shown last jan 2011. would have hype the hell out of everyone.
If it has Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts in the title I'll pass. Both of those series need to go away for about 5-10 years.
