Japan can get away with that stuff. Its a different set of rules between sony japan and usa. This was specifically to get it out in the US.
Remember those kh international versions are never released here.

- He loves 3DS
- He hates Vita
- He loves Final Fantasy and because of that, can talk positively about the PS3

And defending a person from criticism when they clearly haven't done anything wrong is just plain common courtesy. @stealth you have proof of type-0? Last i read sqex said they were doing it. With any common sense people should of known this rumor was bullshit and im thinking your type-0 rumor is bullshit as well.

The going theory is that, in order to avoid impacting its share prices Square will simply let the game fade away rather than publicly axing it, which makes sense. If that's true, they will keep up the act until they have something else to announce in its place, possibly a FF XV that uses most of Versus' assets.
Yeah, this is exactly what 3D Realms said about Duke Nukem Forever during it's incredibly long development cycle. I'm not buying it. Unless they plan on dropping the Final Fantasy Versus XIII and making it into the next numbered entry.
If you liked final fantasy thirteen or its sequel, you like garbage story telling. Truth.

Doesn't make sense to me either. If it is an international version, why would Type-0 need additional content? As far as I know all relevant FF games of the past decade have been localized. It would be a shame if Type-0 wasn't. No matter which review I've read, English or Japanese, most consider Type-0 to be the best FF game to come on any console since the PSOne era, something I can mostly agree on after playing the Japanese demo at least. Really hope they make it happen for the Vita and that all this delay is just because the need to improve the graphics.

It's okay, because you know its bad and don't defend it like it were the works of a great classical author. Hell, I admittedly liked bulletstorms dialogue, but I can't defend critiques about it absolutely. It was crass and egregious but still humorous and entertaining.
But yeah, final fantasys writing as of late has just been... Eugh. No better way to say it. It's seriously like watching bad tv daytime soap operas.

I think FF is in need of a reboot.
They should rename FFvsXIII to FFXV and have it be the end of this series of FF games.
Have the game based on Agni's Philosophy be simply titled: "Final Fantasy". Start over again anew.
At this point I honestly think that's the best course of action to save this series.

Bullshit. The game is nothing but vaporware. I wouldn't believe one word, not one. Because Square-Enix would say ANYTHING at this point, in order to keep their fan base in-tack. I said the idea got nixed, it never happened.
I Didnt say they cancelled it overseas I am sure they will find a way but as of now the ff type zero vita idea hit a major setback, and they might have to find a different platform

seriously, the whole gawker network have shown themselves to be a rambling bunch of psuedo journalists. i placed all their websites on my block list after one of their "journalists" decided to make a fake post on reddit about their relative going through assisted suicide, then writing a blog post laughing at the users for being fooled because he was butt hurt for being called out for poor journalism after writing an article supporting a scam donor site. it was very tasteless after considering so many people offered their support and shared stories of similar circumstances.

Square really should wait to see how well a game is received before green lighting a spinoff and sequel... though it is completely in keeping with the arrogance and overconfidence with which Square's conducted itself these past 14 years, as it effortlessly moves from one pratfall to the next.
