If you're a PlayStation 3 owner and you haven't picked up Q-Games' spectacular PixelJunk Eden, shame on you. If our recent review didn't do it for you (our two-person review netted a two 9 out of 10 scores), then let me be clear: buy PixelJunk Eden you fool.

The game already features a spectacular original soundtrack, one that pulses and flows nicely with the gameplay. But from the jump, the game doesn't support custom soundtracks. (Spoiler alert) Completing the game, however, does open up that option, as you can see in the above video. (End spoiler alert)

I've been playing the game off and on cooperatively with my wife since release, but I know that hours can be lost trying to collect "just one more" Spectra. Has anyone else gotten to this point in PixelJunk Eden and could you tell me where on Earth you find the time for such a thing?

Yeah I got this a couple days ago. I was ranked No.1 on the scoreboard for a while too but now I'm in second place thanks to the Uncharted trophies.

My first thought was "Wow, people are not going to happy to find out you need every Spectra to get custom soundtracks." and I expect that will hold true. It's a pretty hard game to fully complete but with a bit of patience anyone can do it.

I can't really see why anyone would want custom soundtracks in this game anyway. The music isn't all great but it's part of the experience.

Oh an I found the time because I saved up enough money to quit my job for the Summer. ;)

Exactly what I was thinking. It's like spoiling the fact that Mario rescues Princess Peach. Or that you could unlock Sonic the Hedgehog in Smash Bros even when I'm somewhat sure he shows up in the opening cinematic.

Some people to be surprised by what a game gives them if they put in hard work to achieve a given goal. A "special feature" on a DVD is not a spoiler, because it's usually advertised on the box or in the main menu. Knowing that the end of Mario Bros. you rescue the princess is not a spoiler because that's the goal of the game.

More apt: Batman dies at the end of this Batman DVD = spoiler. You unlock a playable Bowser at the end of finish Super Mario Game X = spoiler.

Next time you're going to be combative on the Internet for the sake of it, you might want to think about it first.

I fuckin HATE playing co-op Eden with my woman. Her constant falls and mistimed jumps annoy me to no end. I really can't take it sometimes. I looked forward to us doing co-op so much pre-release, but now i just wanna throw her out the window.
